Please allow at least 72 hours (not including weekends or bank holidays) for your repeat prescriptions to be processed. Please help us by not waiting to your last tablet to request a repeat. All requests must be made in writing.
Prescription requests can be made using the tick slip attached to your paper prescription, in writing either by post or handed to reception or online via the link at the top of this page.
We do not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions in order to avoid errors that occur with this means of communication.
If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope we will post the prescription to you. You can also request your prescription to be forwarded to a nominated chemist (to conform to the Data Protection Act we will need this request in writing).
If you are currently stable on 4 or less repeat medications Repeat Dispensing may be for you. Pick up a leaflet from Reception or speak to the Prescription Clerk for more information.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
