Patient triage

This is a new service starting on Friday 4th July 2025.

Please contact us about your request or download the NHS app to submit a triage request for an appointment.

You can log in from 7:30am in the morning and put through your appointment request instead of calling at 8am and you will receive communication back from a Clinician the same day with next steps. The cut off is 12pm for same day outcome. If you require urgent medical attention after triage cut off please attend the Urgent treatment centre at Clacton Hospital.

If you do not have smartphone or access to the Internet, please call us via the normal surgery phone number to speak to a member of our reception team.
