Dr Al-Najjar has had experience in general practice for more than 20 years. He is a fellow of Royal College of Surgeons. He also holds excellent skills in general surgery as a whole and Urology in particular. He has done a lot of Surgical procedures within the practice under local and general anaesthesia, including Vasectomies, Circumcisions and Excisions of warts and cysts etc.
